  • Crafted Babka's narrative, designed enrollment for team members and guided team towards creative production culminating with premiere at GDC.

  • Craft a narrative that seamlessly integrates live events, digital platforms, in-game experiences, and the metaverse, by developing Babka’s narrative as a transcendent character engaging gamers across various platforms, from digital environments to real-world social initiatives, while aligning with Xsolla's vision and values.

    • Designed philosophy and strategy which helped secure buy-in to expand the team from 2 to 4 full-time leads and 7 consultant-specialists.

    • Developed a social engagement campaign unlocking a $500,000 social media spend.

    • Babka premiered at GDC and garnered significant press coverage and livestream features.
